About Worlebury

Worlebury is a hill district in North Somerset (postcode area BS22) lying between Weston-super-Mare and Kewstoke, bordered to the west by the Bristol Channel. A former toll road follows the coast from Sand Bay towards the now-derelict Birnbeck Pier. On top of the hill stands an ancient Iron Age hillfort, one of the most notable in Somerset, known as Worlebury Camp and built over 2,000 years ago.
